PIVOT – Exhibition
October 27, 2019 @ 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm
PIVOT is the first open “call to artist” exhibition for Imagine Museum. They asked artists working in the glass medium to submit works that demonstrated “a change in strategy, direction or expression that communicates a shift in the artist’s development of their work”. The aim of the exhibition is to display works of art that represents a bold, new path of expression by the artists and communicates this shift in a visual exchange between them and the viewer.
The response we received was overwhelming from across the globe. Imagine Museum invites everyone to come and enjoy this moment of change for the inspiring artists selected for this exhibition: Dean Bensen, Mountain View, CA, Peter Bremers, Einighausen, Netherlands, Robert Burch, Brooklyn, NY, Eunsuh Choi, Rochester, NY, David & Jennifer Clancy, Jamestown, RI, Stephan Cox, River Falls, WI, Jennifer Crescuillo, Silver Point, TN, Kagen Dunn, Arlington, TX, Meredith Edmondson, Nashville, TN, Rick Eggert, Jupiter, FL, Philip Frank, Edwards, CO, Dan Friday, Shoreline, WA, Nickolaus Fruin, Bakersville, NC, Susan Gott, Tampa, FL, Tali Grinshpan, Walnut Creek, CA, Carrie Gustafson, Cambridge, MA, Mark Leputa, Leesburg, AL, Karen Mahardy, Seattle, WA, Osnat Menshes, Rosh – Haayin, Israel, Devon Murphy, Bedford, NH, Keunhee Park, Duluth, GA, Liz Renee, Casselberry, FL, Jeremy Sinkus, Shelburne Falls, MA, Mike Soroka, Portland, OR, Demetra Theofanous, Mountain View, CA, Emma Varga, Brookvale, Australia, Jennifer Violette, Wilmington, VT, and Jinya Zhao, San Jose, CA.
